Since May is such an incredible month for me as far as the grind is concerned, I've decided to document my experiences. It's mostly for me to "remember" what happened because you know.......so much is going down! LOL
So this past weekend on Friday, I had the pleasure of hosting the Fashion Spa House by MsPrity. That Glamour Girl was there with me capturing moments. Visit her here to find out about her. There were awesome vendors in the building and guests were gifted with prizes (TANG A LANG A LANG #insider) and had the opportunity to take advantage of so many beauty services AND SHOP! It was a fashionista's dream event and I'm looking forward to the next one is October. Get more information here!
Saturday evening, I hooked up with the ladies of The Divas D.I.S.H. to support E. Wonder's 9-to-5. We attended the 9th Annual Community Mediation Maryland Gala. Man listen, E. Wonder is a SUPERSTAR-RUH in the place ok!!!??!!!! And we felt like superstars for being associated with her. We got to party with some peace keepers. We even taught some of them how to wobble. You know how the Divas do!!!! Find out more about the organization here. They know how to PARTAY!!!!!!
I ended my Saturday night with a party with the Divas and some close friends at Nzuri Salon & Spa. Shout out to the caterer, DJ Rome, Adult Ice Beverage Series, and Terrence Joseph for their hospitality and wonderfulness. We got it IN at that party too!!!!!! We ate, drank, were merry, and danced our asses off. They are still on the floor of that spot. I am so serious. There's video proof of our shenanigans on IG and Facebook. Feel free to scavenger hunt to find them on my Facebook page!
I wrapped up my weekend work by editing the Divas DISH podcast for Monday, May 11th. Click here anytime after 7 pm EST to listen to the Divas discuss #BringBackOurGirls and their Mother's Day reflections.
My children blessed me with love and jewelry and food for the holiday. I really appreciate them so much. My god-daughter came over and is staying for a few days and I'm going out to dinner tonight. (I can't with the mama's day crowds)
Overall, I deem my weekend a success....like most of them are. I have pictures to prove it! Check out a few.......
